Because every item in my shop is made just for you through print-on-demand, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or change of mind orders. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order!
That said, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, you're covered. Contact Printify directly within 30 days of delivery using their "Submit Issue" form and provide a clear photo of the issue. A free reprint or refund will be arranged. There's no need to send anything back.
If the same issue affects multiple items, please include a photo or video showing all affected products in one frame.
Please note that for direct-to-garment (DTG) printed items, a variation of up to 0.5" in print placement is considered within normal production tolerance and is not classified as a defect.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose between a reprint (with an additional shipping charge) or a partial refund.
